Is the hard drive formatted or is a brand new from the factory drive?

If it is new, the drive must be formatted before it can be used to boot from this media.

Check if the BIOS is able to detect the same hard drive. If yes, then the drive is working and only needs to be formatted with Windows / Linux or similar operating system before use.

The hard drive is formated and when i try to format it the windows setup
      do not detect any partions

the bios some times detect the haed disk but most of the time do not

i think it is super i/o or pch proplem

Try a different but known good IDE / SATA cable with this hard drive. Be sure the power supply is stable. Bios should be able to detect the hard drive 100% of the time.

i try the hard drive on another laptop it work just fine
on the other hand i try another hard disk on this laptop the same thing
          no bootable media

the power on the hard disk connector is stable

Cady could be faulty? Connecting the hdd directly to mb detects it??

The laptop did not detect the hard directly or when it is in the cady

the cady is working on another laptop as the hard disk work too

4 - boot up the laptop and wait until windows start
5 - download offical bios from hp site it was f.72
6 - update the bios from windows ... after update complate the laptop work fine and the
