820-00165 won't power on

Hey all ,
New to the game
I have a 820-00165 , clean board no water damage under microscope.
Found C7374 was blown up , replaced AV7 NEd with AV7 NEc , hope that's ok since I found they should have the same value .
Getting 1.2v on PPBUS_s5 which I understand is not normal.
Getting green light then orange, responded to SMC reset.
Getting 8.5v on PPBUS_g3h.
Nothing is getting hot on the board ,CPU cold .
Using original apple power supply I have many that are tested.
Used good working complete body (keyboard screen assembly)
Can I please get some leads what else I can check ?

Thank you ! Very useful.
After all I found that the white fuse above the big coil was not good . Replace and now it's working.
