Macbook PRO 2010 820 8250 hot and not loading OS completely

    Hi

I have this mac from 2010 core i7 ..it powers on ok chimes then logo on screen but does not end up booting macos. does not fully load os and keeps restarting in a loop...i ve tried to boot ubuntu from usb with option pressed and works but does not finish loading either... the mother feels quite hot...
no water damage .. suspect from gpu issues but this year is not clear how to diagnose...

    thanks for any clue

PD I have already changed C9560, and booting high sierra USB to reinstall does not reach the end and freezes half way .

surelly has something to do with motherboard increasing temp because every loop starting takes shorter to restart... becasue temp increases after a whole night off the laptop might be able to reach graphical part...for a few seconds

Help with Macbook Pro 15 Retina mid 2012 stuck in loading screen with Apple log
      by waakye
      Good day everyone,
Thanks for all the help and support from this community. I really appreciate them.
I have a MacBook pro Retina 15inch mid 2012 that turns on and get stuck in the loading screen then reboot. There is no sign of liquid damage. The history of this MacBook pro is I got it dirt cheap at a garage sale. so I have no idea about the story behind it.
I was able to extract the Bios dump and it attached to this post to see if someone knowledgeable could help me if the bios is somehow corrupted.

      SN = C02J5DCRDKQ1.

      Thanks again....

General question about MacBook power rails for repair.
      by SarcasticOP
I am looking at an A2337 and found this for the order of power rails and what they do. Can this be confirmed before I dive into hunting down power rails that do not exist or are not neccisary?
      • PPBUS_G3H (12.6V-12.8V)
        • This is the main power rail that supplies power to the entire system. Check this rail first, as it must be present for other power rails to work.
      • PP3V42_G3H (3.42V)
        • This power rail is derived from PPBUS_G3H and is used to power the SMC (System Management Controller) and other essential circuits. It should be present if PPBUS_G3H is working correctly.
      • PPVRTC_G3H (3.3V)

MacBook Pro 15" 2010 820-2850 no PPBUS_G3H, green light on
      by vdrokko99
      Hello,

I'd like to ask help to repair 820-2850. There is green light, but not turning on because the PPVBUS_G3H is 0.5xxx V. I already measured resistance to GND, but no short ciurcuit. I did a few measure next to U7000,

      R7020 ok,
      R7050 ok,
      F7040 ok,
      SCM_RESET_L 3,4V
      CHRG_DCIN 16V,
PP5V1_CHGR_VDD, and PP5V1_CHGR_VDDP is 0,5V but no short to GND

I think the missing PP5V1_CHGR_VDD is the problem which is comes from and go to the U7000.
This missing voltage means a defective U7000 or cause other missing voltage?...
