Lenovo Tab 2 Pro display "going crazy"

    Hi guys
I got myself Lenovo TAB 2 Pro at Friday.
I did used it whole Friday just to test it and it was working normally.
I installed few apps and charged it via regular USB 3.0 port on my laptop.
After that I noticed that tablet behaves like it has a virus.
Suddenly it just registers touch input, byitself starts to exit from tabs, volumes up or down, freezes, when press home key does not register etc etc..
I remember I did cleaned it yesterday with isopropyl but I put the alchocol on dry cloth and cleaned the screen and metal housing...
really few drops of isopropyl on wet cloth and then over tablet..
So I am now confused if I screwed up the tablet pro probably I got it like this.
What could cause such an issue?
The only way when tablet goes crazy is to stop this, is to press power button and press back.
I also notice that power button is a bit loose.
The issue also happens like when I watch the yt video it suddenly displays volume icon on screen, but I am not touching any part of tablet.
It justs registers touch inputs without my interraction.

Damn...it was a little piece of hair on the screen...I hope that is it, I am now monitoring the work of a tablet without it...

Don't use alcohol on the screen you will damage it.

Once is ok but long term can damage the coating on it.

Oh okay I did not know that.
I thought most of glass cleaners for screen are based on some sort of alchohol.
I am charging the tablet now and will see how it will behave, if again goes crazy will try to record so you guys see.
I hope it was a piece of hair only making contact.
I used isopropyl on Surface tablets, too.
I can't get special glass cleaners for tablets here.
Maybe then just use dry cloth, huh?

Okay so at the back side of tablet I read input:12V 1.8A.
And I used 5.2 V and 2A charger but it is all my fault and seller supplied me with that charger.
Could I potentially damage the tablet with 5V charger or the screen is damaged with etyl alchohol?
I mean I only used few drops on towell and wiped the screen when it was off with the towel.
