      Apple MacBook Pro 16-Inch 2019 - A2141 - stuck at 5V
      by martyjelen
Hello, I have this Macbook A2141. It stuck at 5V / 0,075A. I measured all 4 ports, all the same. PPBUS_G3H is present but only 12,3V. Should be 12,6V ? according to this article : https://repair.wiki/w/MacBook_Pro_A2...w_at_5V_repair

      PP3v3_G3H_RTC_X is present - 3,3V

      PP3v3_G3H_SOCPMU is present - 3,3V

      What else should I check?

      Thank you for your help.

MacBook Pro 2019 A2141 820-01700 NAND Issue Stuck in DFU

      Ok, here's an issue ive got on a A2141 820-01700 MBP 16' 2019. No signs of life, 5.06v 0.0a on usb-c meter, on each 4 usb-c ports.

      Nand voltages are missing.

I've found no shorts at all so far, no signs of heat via thermal camera either.

      Macbook Pro 15 A2141 820-01700-A stuck at 5V
      by sdogs
      Happy Sunday everyone,
I have this Macbook Pro 15 A2141 820-01700-A stuck at 5V, it doesn't have any liquid marks or burn marks, I have carefully inspected the logic with the microscope and have not found any anomalies.
By connecting the usb-c tester I could see that it is blocked at 5v, and as a first measurement I checked PPBUS_G3H which has a voltage value of 0.8v and measured in 0.06 ohm diode mode.
I read a bit in the forum and I tried to inject 1v on the F7000 not having any current absorption, I then went up to 1.5v and I had a light current absorption (0.10Amp) and...

Macbook Pro 16 A2141 stuck in network boot
      by sdogs
Good evening guys ;-) In a moment of lucid madness I bought a macbook pro 16 A2141 on which they sat on it. Aside from the banana shape and obviously gone screen, the macbook turns on, sounds the initial gong.
I disassembled the screen and connected it to an external display, using a usb-c adapter, but I can't reinstall the os.
I tried SMC and PRAM reset but the result doesn't change, the recovery starts only from the network, I tried different USB pendrives with different operating systems but nothing, it sees the boot device for an instant and immediately goes looking for the network....

Macbook Pro 16" A2141 screen artefacts, kernel panic
      by sofles
      Hi there.

I have Macbook Pro 16" 2019, model number A2141, motherboard number 820-01700. I have some problem with dedicated graphic card. When Macbook switches to dedicated GPU it is getting instantly hot and starts to show glitches on screen, then it freezes (trackpad is not clicking anymore) and shuts down.
I tried to reinstall MacOS But it was a pain, it started to show glitches in middle of installation and I could not finish it. I only was able to reinstall MacOS when I put Macbook outside (it is winter and -2 Celcius).

Now situation looks like this, If...
