mbx-239 no power

sony mbx-239 no voltage on gate pq1.
on inspection found acdet misssing on pin 6 of bq725.have attached the schematics please help troubleshooting

ACDET is based on PR13 and PR14.

Measure the voltage to ground of each pin of these resistors with the adapter connected.

Measure the voltage to ground on each side of fuse @ PF1.

Post each measurement.

thanks brother the problem got solved i removed pd19 and acdet started and laptop was on thanks again
