                  Remove the 4k resistor PR309 on ACDRV and power up again. Test the voltage of ACDRV to see if it is now ~25v.

                  Often the 2nd DCin mosfet gets damaged.

                      remove pr309 but 0 volt ACDRV

                          where is Where is the problem? I tried to put a wire between drain and source. Voltages 3 and 5 appeared, but the computer did not work.

                              Do not bypass such voltages till more research is performed on the logic board. If there is a leaking mosfet downstream from this main B+ rail, then the CPU can / maybe killed.

                              You need to have ACDRV working properly on its own to move forward.

                              See attached. Remove the jumper you have applied. With the adapter connected, what are the voltage readings on the first DCin mosfet?

                              Source / Gate / Drain. Still leave the 4k resistor on ACDRV OFF the logic board.

                                  Thank you. I made a mistake in the measurement. I don't know. It happened until I found the 3.3 volt coil. It gives a resistance of 55 ohms. Before, it used to give a decrease in kilo ohms. When injecting, I removed the coil and injected it with 3.3 volts. It turned out that I found heat in the processor.

                                      Dear all, I am trying to troubleshoot an Acer Aspire 5 A514-55 that won't power on. I'll describe the symptoms and my findings so far, and I would like to seek guidance and suggestions on possible suspects in terms of cause/component failure. My initial thoughts are battery charger IC and/or ideal diode/MOSFET (that switches between incoming DC and battery power), but I could be totally wrong on this.

                                      Dear All,
                                      Please really2 need Help on this Acer A515-52G Motherboard Compal EH5AW LA-G521P Rev: 1A.
                                      At first this laptop can on, keyboard light on but no display. Open the motherboard, found out the PQZ3 Mosfet and PUZ3 ic near it burn. Refer picture below. Then I replaced both. All the power rail 3.3,5,1.2, 1.35, 0.8V have power back after i turn on the laptop except for the VCC_GT rail. Voltage at Power Supply showing 0.000A before turn on, after turn on it became 0.5 0.6A. Seem cannot boot and still no display. Then I replaced the PUG1 and mosfet, but the VCC_GT still no power....
