hi! Fellaz l have an hp 240 LA-A995P it has display so l programmed the bios chip but display didn't come back what could be the problem

You mean there was display before flashing bios?? If so, then perhaps the bios image you are flashing is not correct. The bios chip here is 1.8V-Does your programmer supports 1.8V??. Else you need 1.8V converter.
