    A 611 153 11 91 / 0 281 011 747 - bosch ecu

Hi everyone, does anyone have a schematic for the A 611 153 11 91 [Mercedes part number] / 0 281 011 747 [BOSCH part number] ECU, or know what signals go to the damaged pins of the connector?

You should be able to get a service technician manual and look for that area to be able to know what pins are affected by this burn out area

One note these manuals are not cheap but you have to go to the dealership to get them

Sometimes you can get just the electrical wiring diagrams from the dealership for free or for a fee at least in this country

I already have access to the car's electrical wiring as I used to work as a mechatic at Bosch. The pins are for the crankshaft, camshaft and the common rail pressure sensor if I remember correctly.
I was looking for the ECU's schematic because the signal lines are untraecable as they're routed on an internal layer and I wanted to solder a jumper wire to the connector to restore the damaged connection.

If this board is more than 2 layers it will be very difficult to almost impossible to repair at least this has been my experience

Help with Samsung Microwave Cooling Fan Wiring Pins
          by jkucukov
I have a Samsung Microwave I'm looking to harvest some parts from, specifically the 120V AC motor that keeps the Magnetron cool.
From the image below, we see 3 pins on the AC motor, with AC Voltage tester all 3 leads measure 120 V with the microwave plugged in and fan not running. With the fan running only pins 2 & 3 measure 120 V.

What I'm looking to do is wire this motor up on a Air Compressor to keep the motor cool, but I need to know what is the safe way to wire it, (IE wire in pins 2 & 3 with 120 V only to get it to run?)

          Also, as its wired, when...

Where to find a very small fpc connector 0.3mm between 2 pins ?
          by corrize
Hello, I search this connector (oxydated).
It's a fpc zif low profile connector. It come from camera sensor, it is very small : 0.3mm between 2 pins.
I ordered 2 from Aliexpress called « 0.3mm pitch » but one was 0.5mm between 2 pins and the other 0.6mm. In fact « 0.3mm pitch » seams to be the pad width and not the distance between 2 pins.
I can't find it. The other websites like mouser dont show the datasheet, and I can't check if it is 0.3mm between 2 pins ?

Do you know how to find this connector please ? What is the exact name for find it ?

Bosch 12V and 18V chargers modification
          by Petr0x
Hi, I would like to share with you small modification to your Bosch tool 12V and 18V chargers.

You can use it for almost all Bosch chargers what I have seen, for example part numbers GAL 18V-20, GAL 18V-40, GAL 1880, GAL 18V-160, AL 1820, AL1115CV, AL1130CV.

Bosch (today also other brands using the same system like Wurth, Fein) does not care if you destroy your batteries, because they can sell you new ones. So the marketing is telling you only about speed of the charging, so you will not wait for your batteries to charge too long. Me as a customer want the tools and batteries...

Dell AL440LX power on switch circuit help required
          by Powderfanupnorf
Hi Everyone. First official post so fingers crossed I conform and also manage to get photos to work.

So I am requesting some help from anyone who happens to have one of these motherboards to hand and perhaps a multimeter.

My board has a single row of header pins for all the front panel stuff (have seen others where they are grouped together differently so thats no help) and the two pins for the power on switch had been previously repaired and I am trying to make a better repair. There looks to be pad and trace damage and im happy to relocate the header pin/pins to...
