Dyson V6 Handheld (SV03) Diagnostic LED Codes

    Hi All,

I'm looking for information on LED codes on a V6.

The battery appears fully charged. i.e.when connected to the charger the LED lights solid blue - then goes out.

Disconnecting the charger then pressing the trigger makes the motor run for about a second. The battery LED then flashes amber - then flashes blue 10 times.

The motor will not run again until I reconnect the charger - then disconnect it.

Measuring the battery off the body It reads 24.3V (with the battery button pressed)
If I press and hold the battery button down the LED lights blue for a second - then briefly flashes green - then goes out.

Does anyone know what these codes mean?
And is there a listing somewhere of all of these error codes?

BTW: I have completely stripped down and cleaned the cyclone unit and the brush head.

    Many thanks

Sony OLED XR-77A80J - 5 Flashes But Turn On After Hard Reset
    by odie34
I am a hobbyist (not a professional) so please be gentle...

I recently received an XR-77A80J that wouldn't turn on. (Repeating 5 flashes when plugged in.)

I did a hard reset by holding the power button for about 30 seconds until the set powered down. I then tried to turn it on and it powered up, bringing me to the setup screen. There's not a lot of detail on the setup screen but the picture didn't have any distortions, so at least a cursory examination suggests no physical damage to the screen. The set appeared to be working normally, but it shut down after about 15 seconds,...

    Dyson Pure Hot+Cool HP00 - Datasheet needed
    by Toueno
    Hello,

My Dyson Pure Hot+Cool, model HP00, no longer starts.

After disassembling and accessing the electronic motherboard, I found that the 16A fuse soldered to the motherboard is dead. I decided to do an electronic shunt to see the reaction, and the Dyson turns on for a few seconds and then turns off.

It is likely that a voltage control chip or a safety chip is dead, but without the electrical schematics, the repair becomes complicated…

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards

Requesting Help For GA-970A-DS3 rev. 1.0, No Post code, no RSMRST# signal
    by AstutePauciloquent
Hi everyone, over the past few months i have taken a deep dive into motherboard diagnostics and I love the challenge. Currently im trying to learn all about the signals that travel around the motherboard, such as frequencies, enable signals High and Low logic states etc. And i have been learning to read and using the Schematics for this board that i requested here on Badcaps forum, from a few months ago, this is such a great place for these.

I’ve been working on a GA-970A-DS3 (rev. 1.0) that does not post. This motherboard has been my main learning board. I would like share...

Insignia NS-LCD019-09 issue: Power light turns blue for 3 seconds, the flashes red before going solid read again
    by cajoeg
Hello, I'm new to the group and to trying to repair a LCD TV. During the past few years, I've been collecting/repairing/restoring vintage personal computers (Commodore, Apple II, Atari, TRS-80, Texas Instruments, and Timex Sinclair). This has been my retirement hobby. Now I've gotten interested in trying to repair a LCD TV that I have and used regularly when working on vintage computers.

The LCD I'm working on is a Insignia NS-LCD019. I've downloaded the service manual that I could find, but it must be a different revision since not too many items in the service manual match the TV...
