I have MACH3 speed regulation 300 watt speed control sucks

I have one of speed controller and I am not impressed with it speed control any ideas how to improve it preforms

This is not the seller that I bought this item from

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/1PC-Engravi....c100290.m3507

I have tried to a 500 ohm resistor between the two input and 1k ohm resistor on the positive input wire its response is a little bit better but not what I expect it to be of the PWM because the one seller has the input 3 to 12 volts another one seller has the input as 0 to 5 but nether one seems to work right

But the resistor that is on the optic sensor is 470 so I assuming that it is really 0 to 5 volts but the Arduino Nano PWM output is 0 to 12 volts at M3 S1200 this value is at full speed

Well I found out by doing some research that this speed controller has frequently of 1 to 10 HZ. and apparently the Nano is running 490 HZ this would partially explain the problem that I am having most of the seller for this item do not put the operating HZ the device is

1980s Holz Her 2420 belt sander - Only works when speed control at maximum
      by Babbar
My fathers belt sander from the 80s which i very much would like to continue using has an issue with the speed control. The machine works fine on maximum speed but will not turn or give any sign of life when on any other setting. The speed control is a dial going from 1-6 although implemented as a potentiometer without distinct steps. I took the machine apart and measured each component individually, all components and measurements have been captioned in the attached pictures. The Triac did not get identified correctly using my cheapo component tester, i don't know if this is user error, if the...

Pioneer PL-X9 motor speed control wobble
      by Bushcat
I'm starting to re-cap a Pioneer PL-X9 turntable, specifically the motor control board, because although everything tests out OK according to the service manual, the speed wavers slightly despite the quartz lock light remaining on. So, I've decided to re-cap that board since it's the cheapest next step...

Pioneer's passive component naming convention is clear to me. For example, CSZA R22M 35 is tantalum, radial leads, 0.22uF, 20%, 35V.

BUT there are two capacitors on the board which have actual Pioneer part numbers: PCL-042. I can tell they are 0.1uF, 16V but don't...

HP 830 G6 Original Bios - Undervolting / Fan Speed Control
      by apalesnail
Hello everyone! New to the form here. I have a 830 G6 with a i7-8665U processor. Does anyone have the original bios for this machine? I know sometime in 2020 they "fixed" the loud fan, aka destroyed the performance of an otherwise awesome machine!

LG 60PK550 Logic Control Board EBR63450301
      by Yanleb
Hi all, I just want to share the repair of my 60PK550-UA TV set.

The TV set was powering on, just no image. After verification, nothing wrong on the YSus or ZSus boards. Nothing wrong on the main board either.

But I noticed that the LED was not flashing on the Logic Control Board. This is an EBR63450301. The LED is supposed to flash even with all the flat cables disconnected, with only the power cable attached.

All the voltages measured at the electrolytic capacitors on the board were good. From top left to bottom right:
      C57: 3.30V
      C61:...
