Thanks for the help...had strobing today...found this site on google search...replaced just the 10uF (as that I had in my work area)...and voila...back to steady lighting...thanks so much

Had the flashing problem on a model 100604-BLK (old 6 pod version). C8 (a 330) measured 314 µF, C9 (also a 330) measured128 µF and C10 (a 10) measured 8.5 µF. I suspect it was C9, but I just replaced them all and fixed.

Board is in the LED hood under the light panel. A few obvious screws. Board is labeled.

Yes, best to change them all. Saves you from changing out that little cap later.
