Cheap ip camera

Hey guys, this cheap ip camera I got has stopped working.
Ive been looking at it, all the voltages seem ok. It has a cheap eeprom 25L6406E and ingenic T10 procesor.

Where would the problem lie?

I see a small flip-chip IC on the back. Good chance it might need reflowing if it ran hot.

Give it a reflow, and see what happens.

Hmmm, even though this is very new? Literly only a month old?
I generally dont like reflowing these already barely soldered boards haha

dont you have a warranty?

i see a 5v testpoint on the board - did you check it?
