    Super Famicom with video issues

A friend of mine recently gave me a Super Famicom with video issues. I tested and checked the power adapter & av cable with a good known unit and seem fine. I opened the console and cleaned it but still the problem remains. I tried a hot blower on the part of the board where the aluminum capacitors are and the pictures seems to improve but will go back to the video problem as soon as it cools down.

I want to replace these capacitors on picture 2 but I'm not sure about the values. I can see the 3 row markings of these caps as:

    - 4 caps have markings
    100
    6A
    22G

    - 2 caps have markings
    10
    16A
    23G

Can anyone please help me decipher these markings? What the values should I get?

This problem is typical with early SMD electrolytics as far as I know.
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.
