by sam_sam_samI bought one recently but this is the first weekend that I did not have work Saturday morning or the sun did not want to cooperate with me but today it is coordinating with me and I run a very simple test on a 12 volt battery pack and it stop charging ar 14.4 volts
Here is the website link where I bought it from
https://www.ebay.com/itm/395434828814
I ran this test with a new 12 volt solar panel that has a no load voltage of 19.0 and an output current of 9.1 amps
I do not remember the starting voltage but the charging amps was 1.4 amps

by gjgibHello, need help identifying a DIODE that's right at the start of DC_IN line in this small IO BOARD. (DR1 08530-2 48.4AQ03.021).
I have the boardview for this small board 08530-2.rar but it doesn't specify any components, just 'D1', 'Q2,Q3', etc. That's why I'm looking for the -schematic-. PS: It's in some paid sites.
The blown diode that came in this board was this one: CH9k-B14A
So I bought a tape of 50- 1SMB14A LK and replaced the blown one with a new 1SMB14A LK but the diode gets too hot. Did I purchase the wrong diode?... -

Fail: Does not charge battery, has low voltaje on connector.
Laptop didn't want to turn on, only charge led blinked.
I found PQB5 (mosfet high battery charger) in short, voltaje in +12.6V_BATT was 19 v ...
I changed it, changed PQB6 too and now battery charger voltage is 4.4V but battery is 3 cell, 11.25v, then is very low to charging.
Laptop turns on without battery and works fine, but with battery turns on and turns off inmediately, I suspect battery bad but I don't know... -
by BowlineMy question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
I have tried multiple different Dell power adapters. My Dell... - Loading...
