Need help with this wellness machine board

This is control board of some kind of wellness machine ,when charger connected (18v) no power but when i bypass mosfet works ,is it mosfet fail or 2 capacitors ,can i use any of this from laptop motherboard like replacement or i have to order new one ,and can anyone identify 2 capacitors
