I haven't seen much feedback / sharing experience on this forum, which is a shame, because I know it's not easy when you're just starting out, and mutual assistance is important.
I've been reading the forum tutorials for a few days, and you also need a basic understanding of electronics.
To answer your question, the BIOS is the lowest chip you circled in red. Zooming in, you can see Macronix MX25L25673GZ4I-08G, which operates at 3.3V. There's no other solution than reflashing this chip to clear the password...
The operation will consist of extracting the data from this chip (dump) to create a backup, posting it here (.bin) with your serial n° and product n°, then rewriting the chip with the unlocked version that the forum experts will generate.
As mentioned in the tutorials, the CH341A programmer + clip solution is economical but the least reliable... first of all, if you have a black CH341A version, it won't work natively, because it's not at the right voltage (5V), you'll have to adapt it...
Personally, it didn't work... and I don't know if it's related to the mod or the clip... in short, I'm going to buy an XGecu T48 that you can find for €50 on AliExpress.
Secondly, the clip is not recommended, because even when properly positioned, the presence of other nearby components can cause interference/errors. It is recommended to desolder with an hot gun (270°C <1 min).
If you're already trying with the clip, you'll need to remove the motherboard, stripping it of all peripherals, power supply, CMOS battery to limit interference, etc., and be sure not to make a mistake when positioning the clip from pin 1 (red wire) to the pin of the small dot on the chip side; this is important to avoid burning the chip.
