Im a newbie here and i dont have any idea how to flash or get the data from the bios. i do have a problem with admin password security in the bios with this chip on the dell optiplex 3090 mini pc. Would be grateful if you could help me. Please see reference image below. Thank you!


And for the tools, will this suffice ? The programmer is located above sorry im in mobile. Im looking to go for solderless route if possible. Again thanks very much!

Could you help me? The machine came with a factory-modified BIOS; the network wasn't working. Using one of the BIOS versions from this site made it work, but it doesn't save the service tag. I tried running a BIOS fit on the version that makes the network work, but it still didn't save the service tag.

This machine doesn't have a service tag either, excuse me, but it's a 3090 micro.

I'm afraid that's difficult, it's a 16-pin chip and if you don't remove it from the motherboard it can't be read.
The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

I managed to solve this problem, I cleared an area of the BIOS and it worked correctly.
