I updated the bios of hp pro 3500 microtower pc in windows. When the update was completed, the system turned off instead of restarting. Now when I enter and exit the bios setup, press alt-ctrl-del, or restart it in windows, it shuts down. I tried different bios from this site and hp but none worked. Please help to solve this problem. Thanks.

Went dumpster-diving and found a bricked Lenovo P14S in trash, few weeks earlier. Symptoms - no screen, no POST, no beep, just keyboard LEDs flashing on powerup. Mute button+LED was responding though, and the display self-test was still working (via the key combo Ctrl+Fn+Power held for some seconds, see the Service manual).

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 15imh05a device that I bought used online. It came with a 20V 8.5A 170W charger.
The BIOS version is EFCN58WW.
When I turn on the device, it displays the message:
"The Connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended AC adapter..."
The device rarely charges the battery, and even when it does, it doesn't show that it's charging.
