                            Hi, I have a Dell Optiplex 3070. When I turn it on, the orange LED flashes: 2 pause 1 flash .
                            I've checked the various voltages and they all seem fine.
                            I'm attaching the BIOS scan from the EPROM.
                            ServiceTag: 5bdb903
                            Type: D10U003
                            Can someone please check the BIOS for me?
