thank you hoaca388 for your time but after programming both file still autopilot is there. I don't know what's a difference between pc and laptop because when I use this method on laptop autopilot will remove but in pc is not like that

Hi, I have a Dell Optiplex 3070. When I turn it on, the orange LED flashes: 2 pause 1 flash .
I've checked the various voltages and they all seem fine.
I'm attaching the BIOS scan from the EPROM.
