which program do you use to open these boardviews ??

I tried openboardview which didn't work, upon further reading you need to get "keys" and write them into some portion of the software to open many files.

Instead I downloaded boardviewer which is working great. Opened it on the first try without any issues. I still haven't been able to diagnose my board, as I think I need to do some probing while powered on), but I feel hopeful now that I have this software working.
