Thinkcentre passwords should be reset by just clearing cmos.

Turn off computer. Place cmos reset jumper in position 2. Turn on computer. When you hear 2 beeps, turn off computer. Place cmos reset jumper back to position 1. Password cleared.

I also have locked myself out of the BIOS on the M73. once the 2 BIN files are on the USB, now what? it won't boot from it, and i cannot get in the BIOS to initiate the update... not sure what to do
