Hp aio 20 clean me needed

I've this HP 20 AIO PC with no display. I flashed the attached bios and got display but display is coming after almost a minute or so. I tried cleaning the me region but still same. May be, i'm doing some mistake.

MB Marking : IPSHB-AT REV 1.02 Nothing else is mentioned on the mb. Please look into the bios and advise.

PS: Tried Hp virgin bios-still display very late.

Pegatron board made for HP. Does yours have a dedicated GPU? What's the exact model of the machine?
If the BIOS directly from HP doesn't work properly either, I'm not sure ME region is the issue.
Can you post the original (non-working) dump of the machine?
Also try other RAM sticks.

@piernov, here is the no display bios. Have alook. I tried Known good PC3-L ram stick. Memory slots are clean. No gpu on my board

This is the board. Customer gave me only the mb-so dont know the exact model number. The link above gives compatible model. I downloaded bios for this HP 20-r110d AiO PC

This is the hp virgin bios i used(ALT_A010) as well as ALT_A009. Both these bios gives display but very late.

There are 5 different bios to try for the 22-3000 series, they all have a different SSID number for each bios.The SSID might be on a sticker on the PC case. Yes i know youve only got the board.

Yours has BID ALT_8001 rather than ALT_A009 or ALT_A010.
This might be the problem.
Try the attached one.

Model number in original BIOS is 20-r011il, SSID is 2B3C and product code is M1Q78AA#ACJ .

BIOS update is: (I extracted ALT_8001.bin from there)

In BIOS update file NVRAM is empty, so no DMI info. Will probably have to be added with dmifit.

The latest bios on HP support for SSID 2B3C is A0.10 Rev.A (ALT_A010) the oldest is 80.01 Rev.A (ALT_8001) .If you go to the HP support page while using win 10 ,only 4 previous SSID 2B3C bios are listed.If you change your OS version at the top of the support page to Win 8.1 then 6 are listed.I use Win 7 and there are no drivers listed at all until i change the OS version.
Try ALT_8001 posted by @piernov and run fpt -greset with Flash Programming Tool .

Got display with bios posted by piernov. Now display comes after 30 seconds. I tried cleaning the me region but still it takes 30 seconds to post. Is the dmi info on bios at post#3 is from block 220000-24850F?? I cpoied this block in bios posted by piernov and it gives no error message on boot but after entering setup it shows serial etc as blank. This pc came to me after repair attempt by someone else(it was dead unit when i recd it)-so may be the bios posted by me as original not working is not the original bios in true sense. I coul not locate serial number in that bios.

Anybody can guide me??

Will probably have to be added with dmifit as piernov said. Does the customer have the case with the i.d. sticker and all the info,serial,model number etc.
The bios might not be the original,all you can do is try each bios for the 22-3000 series ,the same bios are listed for the 22-r**** models with the IPSHB-AT motherboard.
