    Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6

    Hello to all,

I need help regarding correct EC dump with the following problem explained below:

Original EC chip KB9022Q -D was shorted, so I replace it with another one, normally empty. I pay for EC dump file from another forum, but after programming, CPU fan is not working anymore and battery is no longer detected.
    Previously everything was working.
So currently, I have wrong configuration table for the mentioned laptop above, battery is not detected beside that I have correct voltages for SDA/SCL, and 2 fan PWM is not active. (5v are present on CPU fan)

    Configuration:
    Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6
    Board: LA-L171P REV:1A
    EC: KB9022Q-D
    dGPU model with NVIDIA GTX1650
2-Fan version (CPU + GPU separate control)
    Backlit keyboard
    Keyboard routing: JKB1
    Battery SMBUS type: L2M3PC2
    Charger/power management chip: BQ24780S

Kindly I need to extract EC dump file from main bios file.
    Original bios bin file attached.

    Thanks in advance!

Try EC extracted from your BIOS, it's identical to the one extracted from GOG20305B.rom from BIOS update, there's 2 EC versions packaged in BIOS update from Lenovo website

I have programed EC chip with the file "star EC ENE", and still the same problem.
CPU fan is not working, and buttery is not detecting, also red charging light is blinking (previously was solid red light while charging). Beside these issues, laptop is booting fast into Windows.
Any suggest for resolving this problem?

            Check for shorts on EC_FAN_PWM2

Since there's 2 versions of EC firmware for this laptop model, i attach the other version

Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6 - no power
              by gleniu
Hi, I have a problem with a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6 laptop. My nephew asked me to replace the charging port because the laptop wasn't charging. This issue had happened in the past, so I knew that replacing the port was only a matter of time. Until now, my nephew managed to deal with the problem using a temporary solution: bending the positive metal tabs inside the port with a thin tool. However, this had stopped helping for a while. Today, I replaced the port – and to my surprise, after the replacement, nothing happens when I plug in the charger: the power LED doesn't light up, the laptop...
