GeForce RTX2080 Super Aero video gaming card issues help need

This is from my son’s gaming computer that at first had minor overheating issues when playing a very intense game with it causing the computer to crash or reboot

Then bough a new motherboard and a new computer case that a cooling system in it already installed also brought the cooling system for this video card but now the issue with it is that it randomly rebooted screen goes blank randomly and suddenly video freezing or started with video being there then blank screen and then the video comes back or it just stays blank for a while and then maybe it will come back but it...

Gigabyte Z690 UD AX DDR4 distingusihing failures+default video
        by japlytic
On this motherboard with a CPU (requiring discrete graphics) supported by the BIOS (version F3) and a new video card, it has a beep code indicating a CPU failure while the onboard diagnostic LEDs indicate a video system failure and using a different motherboard of the same model had the same result despite confiriming that the new video card along with the power supply as well as the connected display/cable was operational in another system.
So therefore, I've found that the Video diagnostic LED illuminated before CPU diagnostics were performed and since the CPU has failed, video diagnostics...

A1278 - 820-2879-B Chime, FAN high speed, white light on, NO video, NO backlit

        Hello,

I have a MBP Mid-2010, that powers on, chimes, fan starts spinning at low speed then turns on high speed. The white light in front next to IR sensor gets bright lit, after chime, dims a little but doesn't turn off completely.

It does charge, the light on the charger turns orange if the battery needs charging and green when done.

The screen backlit does not turn on, external monitor does not work either. Does not boot, at all.

        The CAPS lock LED does...

MSI MS-16JF no video memory power supply
        by larSS
Hello! Has an msi ms-16JF motherboard with a diagnosis "doesn't work". There were a short-circuit on video memory lane. Removed GPU and video memory, changed TPS51916 and transistor on it's lane. Motherboard works OK, has the initialization and video card voltage. But has no video memory voltage. Should there be a video memory voltage without video chip or no? Has the S5 signal 3.3V on TPS51916

Looking for someone French for an interactive video tutorial [CH3741A]
        by Jérémy Vanbaelinghem
        Hi everyone,

Weeks ago, I tried to connect the CH3741a to a Winbond chip. Some of the people who helped me (and I thank them) told me that the connection between the wires or their orientations were not good. However, even if I rectify this, it doesn't work (but I'm thinking there may be sub-steps I'm missing).

I've also been told that I was trying to read a 16-pin chip with 8-pin hardware, and that it wouldn't work. I've bought an adapter, but I can't figure out how to plug it in (yes, there's a lack of documentation), but I'd really like it to work at least...once!...
