MSI MS-16JF no video memory power supply

Hello! Has an msi ms-16JF motherboard with a diagnosis "doesn't work". There were a short-circuit on video memory lane. Removed GPU and video memory, changed TPS51916 and transistor on it's lane. Motherboard works OK, has the initialization and video card voltage. But has no video memory voltage. Should there be a video memory voltage without video chip or no? Has the S5 signal 3.3V on TPS51916

Updated. I soldered N17P-G0-A1 and video memory, FBVDDQ is 0.03V now, the resistance on this lane is 90 Ohm. don't know what could be wrong. Should I change TPS51916 again?
