Hello all, so basically I have a MINISFORUM UM780XTX that wasn't reading an NVME, so the customer tried to update the BIOS himself with a USB drive and bricked his computer. Now I'm trying to get the PC up again by flashing the BIOS with a CH341A programmer. BIOS chip is Winbond W25Q256JWEIQ. I have a new chip soldered onto the board that connects into the programmer and when I detect it with neoprogrammer it detects the chip but not the correct one? But, it does require the 1.8V adapter for this specific chip. So when It's plugged into the programmer with the adapter it doesn't detect the IC at all. I have attached a screenshot from neoprogrammer.
When it detects the chip it detects a 128 byte chip, but the one I have soldered is a 256. And with the 1.8V adapter it doesn't detect it at all. I replugged it in without the 1.8V adapter just to confirm it would do the same thing and it did. I have also attached a picture of the programmer itself.
Let me know if I can provide any additional information. Any help at all is appreciated. Thank you!
