I have the boardview as a CAD file (I've shared it in the sticky). But without the schematic I'm blind to figuring out what values any of the components should be showing. Trying to track down a low 1.8V resistance (yes, I'm in denial).

I've already had a little help at r/GPUrepair to get me here. (kudos /u/khoavd83 ✊)
At this point I'm trying to figure out if the GPU is a dead duck or not, but I don't have a thermal camera to perform the proper test. I tried the iso alcohol evaporation technique but it was inconclusive. Anything else I can try?

Hello, I bought a Radeon 5500 XT Dual for very cheap.
The card is not detected by the PC and the GPU remains cold.
Using my fingers, I was able to identify that a linear dropout regulator (uP0132Q) and a small component nearby (maybe a resistor) are getting very hot while the rest of the board is cold.
I get a beep in continuity mode across two caps next to the LDR. Could this be due to a short in the LDR or another nearby commponent? (The caps don't get vey hot)
