POS WINTEC, TXE cleaning request

Please help cleaning TXE region.
My device boots up, but shows image after 15 seconds.
I've tried to clean it using TXE_FIT_1.1.5.1162, but generated outimage.bin bricks my device (continous beep, no image)

If you request a bios in future please post the PC or laptop serial number,as per the rules.

This isnt laptop. This is an industrial computer, a part of somekind of cutting machine. It has no model name, board has no code.
