Zotac gtx 1070 bios chip

Hi, can someone help me with finding bios chip?
near gpu i found 2 chips but i think that is not a bios chip.
first one was "apl3516a"
second was "up1735p"
Maybe someone have a pictrue of this bios chip, and can tell me what other that i can replace it?

okay, i found it on the other side. It is chip "is25wq040"
Can someone tell me if i can use standard laptop chip for replace it with 4mb

why?
if it's corrupt then just reprogram it.

it is broken, graphic card turn on 1 per 100 times... thats why i want replace it.
I tried reprogram this but with no effect
