This gate has no out, so VCORE no voltage . It has VCC and IN(Pin 1) of 3.3v.

I need to trace IN B (Pin 2)

Hi I replace SN74AHC1G09DBV I have now VDDGFX_SOC_PWROK (Pin 4) and VDDCR_GFX_PWR_GOOD (Pin 2) and I have IR25217 PWM's output of 1.6v but the problem now is PWM Doubler I think IR3599 no output going to VCORE PWM. I don't have oscilloscope and I'm not sure if there is pulse or IR35217 is broken. I'm worried I don't have USB005 programmer

Do you think it's okay to remove IR3599 and make a jumper to PWN VCORE?

I've have now input and output after I replaced SN74AHC1G09DBV.

IR35217 has now GFX_PWM and SOC_PWM but the problem now is IR3599 no PWM output but there is input from IR35217 PWM

Powercolor RX6700XT is different from Gigabyte but there is similarity on MSI.

But MSI IR3599 has resistor from GFX_PWM or SOC_PWM connect to pin 1, 7 and 8 to U511 and U510 PWN.
In Powercolor from GFX_PWM or SOC_PWM connect to pin 1 (PWM in), 7 and 8 (PWN OUT) to U511 and U510 PWN
