Hey that was just in time.

I have one board on the table, which is not posting.
It just spins the fan for one second.

I searched for shorts, none found.

Then I measured voltages (only spikes, as it turns on only for short time) and found that on the chip NCP5212 - I have enable signal, I have power I have ground, but I do not have PGOOD signal.

I measured also driver high and driver low. Driver high is missing. It is not shorted to gnd. I assume, that NCP5212 is wrong and needs to be replaced.

      I ordered two from China.

      Now I am waiting.

I downloaded your schematics and I see that NCP5212 is responsible for CPU_VTT, and without it, CPU will not get the power.

      Thank You for the schematics.

Just as an advice, before you going too far . Make sure all output voltage on APL5920 & APL5930, on this series ( CIH61S & CIH77S motherboard ) those IC's common problem. I got 2 board this week CIH77S, both won't turn on. 1 board short on 3.3V and the other short on 1.05 ME.

Hi again, today I received new NCP5212 chip from ali.

I quickly installed new part and the board is working.

So - this is another possible failure - missing signal driver high.
