does anyone bios program for the chip "PhoenixBios D686 - Phoenix 1998"? The motherboard there is from an ultrasound machine "GE voluson 730 expert".

I am sorry but I upoloaded wrong picture... My motherboard is this model "TEAN TN2 94V0". There is any bios for this version of the motherboard?
