need bios for A1347 820-3228 16mb

i have mac mini A1347 820-3228-B with sound and no display
i read the backup and its 16mb file.
i can see in forums only 8mb file
chip is MXIC MX 25L6406E.
PLS SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS FILE.
