Ga-k8n-sli no display

hi guys,

i have been using the GA-K8N-SLI without problem, just yesterday my system power up without any display to the monitor but the CPU hdd light carry on running as normal. i have try other PCI-E graphic card still the same problem, anyone have this problem before? the capacitor on the motherboard look o.k no bad cap...

did you try another monitor?

are there any adapter involved (dvi to vga, etc.)?

did you try a standard pci graphics card (even an old mid to late 90's will do)?

tried other monitor also no display.

DVI or D-15 connector tried same no display.

too bad i don't have old PCI graphic card to test the board.

Possibly bad CPU, bad power supply. Check voltage of BIOS battery. I have had Gigabyte 478 board go black because BIOS battery was flat, What brand is power supply? How old?
