AMD Threadripper missing a part (probably a capacitor)

Hi today we got a few AMD threadripper pr ws3955, and accidently the processor slipped a bit while we were opening it and one of the processor got one of its components got damaged.
Pics attached below.

I wanted to know will the processor will still work or should i get it replaced???

nobody tell u if it gonna work but as there is no other damage, i bet it will be ok

Btw, those are capacitors right? Decoupling caps or something similar?
