Asus All in One ZN220IC

Hi,
i bought a defective asus zn220ic from ebay. The pc doesn't work. I took apart the motherboard and found that it had already been machined.

Bios chip and a pwm in the picture are missing.

The schematic is not available can someone help me to recognize the missing components?

Top one is winbond Bios Chip

bottom is 1285A TPS51285A QFN-20 chip
