What caps originaly come in the k7t turbo ver 3. The page for the caps kit for this board is a little confusing seeing how the list gives 4 4700s and 2 3300s and 2 2700s yet after that it says that 2 3900s will be substituted with 4700s. Where did the 3900s come from, this would mean the kit comes with 6 4700s not four and the 2700s would be substituted with 3300s which means it comes with 4 3300s instead of 2. I have the mobo but it only has the 4 4700s and 9 1000s on it. what are the other 4 caps that go on the board originally, and what do I replace them with?

Have this Asus RTX3070 Turbo that have core stuck at 210MHz and have weird power reading in GPU-Z. I reworked power ic and core power controller but nothing changed

So, where to start.
I bought EVGA GTX 970 and Asus GTX 970 Turbo for 30 Euros total (warranty stickers were untouched).
The EVGA one has a short on 12V external power rail on high side mosfet of the Vcore, ordered low, high side ones and mosfet driver just in case because it takes 20-30 days for it to come from China. When they arrive ill post the result.
The Asus one is pain in the ass.
