Asus Turbo RTX3070 core stuck at 210MHz and bad power reading

Hello.
Have this Asus RTX3070 Turbo that have core stuck at 210MHz and have weird power reading in GPU-Z. I reworked power ic and core power controller but nothing changed

Owner said he dropped it

any hint?

Solved with aid of simmiliar card. It was broken 0ohm resistor on one of lines from shunt resistor to power ic
