Intel motherboard [d945gcnl]

when i power on. fan runs good processor smooth heat coming. no any beeps
. without ram also no beep code coming .
debug card also showing 00 code .

NO DISPLAY

THEN CHANGE BIOS download form internet

again no display then check ram solt voltage only showing 0.7 something

then change ram fet then get ram solt VOLTAGE get 1.8v

again no display

i dont know how the bastards get away wih those designs.
try changing the 2 caps near the cpu fan connectors.
the ones stuck between 2 fets/regulators!

reset led on check it must be off. check 2 coil power which have 2 fet
