i have a motherboard asus k8v-mx its sometimes posting somtimes not. need repeterd restart to get post complete.also sometimes debug post card showing 00 error code. what could be the reason is it bad cap? i could not find any bulged cap on motherboard. i apreciate your answers

Capacitors don't need to be visually bulged, if they have high ESR values then it's time to replace them. -

Looks very similar to the A8V-MX. I just bought one 2 weeks ago on eBay. Mine works but had one bad cap (a Panasonic FJS - normally these are extremely reliable caps).
Does your board have any brown caps that say "KZG" on them or black caps that say "KZJ"? If not, can you list for us what it says on the caps?
Pictures of your board (not Google images, though) would also help a lot.Comment
