    Nvidia RTX 3090 FE

    Good day there.
1- I was wondering if i could get the Boardview for the RTX 3090 FE as i just received a GPU but i have no idea what some of the components values are.

2- Does anyone know the actual smd Resistors that are at the bottom right of the GPU CORE "GA102-300-A1" ripped 2 SMD resistor while doing a service and looking all over the place for the actual value. since i can't get the core anywhere, i will order them from Digikey.
some say it is a 23 ohm and some say it is a 30 ohm. Not sure which one they are and what are the tolerance, temp and all. i have no clue

Thank youClick image for larger version Name:	447206276_1195932614910222_6950912243928990673_n.jpg Views:	0 Size:	487.9 KB ID:	3300592

When i use my Multimeter? caps gives me no value, when i use it in Ohm mode? it gives me value. but if they are capacitors? i'm trying to find out the value so i can order the right parts for it so i can bring this card back to life.

unless you have a RTX 3090 the you could take apart and take the measurement?

Was able to get the 2 caps that i ripped off another GPU core with the same value. the GPU is back to life. passed all the test on the stress test. i now have a back up GPU. lol

Just archiving everything related to bumpgate since most stuff has disappeared from Google. Maybe people will finally take the time to read some of it and stop shouting "reflow gpu" at every occasion but rather try to understand what the real issue is…
Interesting parts about the failure analysis are "Why Nvidia's chips are defective" and "Why Nvidia's duff chips are due to shoddy engineering"

May complete this post at a later date with more details.
Basically issue is a combination of thermal dissipation of the chip with hotspot,...
