basically the board does not boot and have a rotating cpu/dram led on
all voltages present and everything is in place
nothing burnt nor ripped
except for a strange behaviour (ram rgb is on despite the board not switched on and only have 5vsb present only)
and 5vdual is always present and i don't know why
cpu&ram are fully functional so not doubt about that
any help will be accepted
