Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite CPU Dram led cycle

Hi all,

I have a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite Motherboard.

Originally would not power on

Reprogram EC eeprom and Bios eeprom with known good from this forum. Now error lights cycle between CPU and Dram.

I have checked for shorts on all coils and found none.
I have checked all power rail voltages and chips for pgood signal all good
Checked CPU socket and found a damage pin, managed to clean and fix it should be making good contact now but no change. Dram and CPU are known good. Dram sockets look good.
I can't see any other physical damage. I'm think from. Here it's EC chip IT8792e faulty or possible it burned a track between CPU and Dram sockets?

Usually D ram issue. Check the cpu socket pins whether it is clean or bent ? Must clean ram slot with 99%alcohol
