    Asus A7V133 - bad Fujitsu caps

    These yellow Fujitsu caps are known to go bad with only a slight bulging. It looks like this:

    It was not easy to recap because the caps are on the daughter board - there is not enough space between it and the ATX ports so the solder joints are hard to reach. But finally, it was successful:

    You might check those with the ESR or capacitance meter. Those are polymers, they always look a little domed, even new. They're likely ok.

      ESR meter displayed 0.1 (the minimum it can show - it's not very useful for bigger caps - sometimes even bulged ones show as 0.1). I have an A7V board with these caps too and they're flat on top - so I think that the caps were the reason why this A7V133 came to me. It works fine with 1500uF Sanyos now (haven't tested it before).
