MSI Geforce 4 TI4800 SE (Broken Cap)

I was mounting my graphics card into my motherboard when i accidentally applied pressure on a capacitor.

It resulted in the cap becoming airborne. Initially i thought i could just resold it on but one of the legs were ripped off so i need a new one.

This is where my troubles come in. I know squat about caps and how to do what. Therefore i was hoping your genious could help me track down what cap i need.

here are links to 2 images of the card and what cap broke off.
You can save the images to your desktop and zoom in if needing a closer look

PS: if you have any questions about it let me know
    thx

    It is probably a 330uF 6,3v cap.
If you can obtain some Low esr caps, it would be nice. But probably it is an general purpose cap, used for decoupling.

may be it would be the cheapest choice. If it is working with some general purpose caps i think this would be the best option.

check the links to the two caps that i found.. would one of those work or does it have to be bipolar or something else -??

Re: MSI Geforce 4 TI4800 SE (Broken Cap)

i would suggest to post the ordering number, as those links are session based ones, wich naturaly won`t work if the session is terminated.

Anyway, i would suggest one of the Panasonic or Rubycon Low esr caps. They aren`t mutch more expensive than any other cap, and if you have to pay the shipment, i think this dosn`t mather.
