I had a problem with asus motherboard P5S-MX SE, when I turn on usb over current detected system shutdown in 15 seconds, so what this problem?

check to see if usb slots broken bent or just not right!

With the same problem on a different Asus board I wasted time on diagnosis, ended up scrapping it https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=23602

Another example of what's called ASDS around here (Asus Sudden Death Syndrome)

Use a multimeter to see if the 5V pin in the USB connector is shorted to ground or anything else.
