Caps were not bad, Vdimm was missing. Closer look revealed cracked MOSFET. Replacing it fixed the board.

Hello everyone! :-)
An acquaintance of mine works as a DJ in his spare time and brought me a defective QSC active loudspeaker (Model: K10.2) for repair.
Error description: The device could not be switched on (after he lent it to another DJ).
A visual inspection revealed an obviously blown fuse (F41) and a cracked thermistor (R41) on the mains filter board. A closer look at the amplifier board revealed two defective power MOSFETS (Q13, Q14) and other defective components on the +12VLOW rail.
After replacing all the obviously defective components, the...-

I've never seen a screen cracked like this and still have a perfect picture.
Maybe it's the diffuser cracked like on some of the Samsung NU series.
Just curious what you guys think. TV is for sale in my area and thinking of maybe trying my luck.
Wanted some other opinions before I pull the trigger... -
please refer to the attached pics. is it safe to apply power with that tantalum cap like that without causing fireworks? i dont wanna burn a hole through the pcb as the gpu chip is on the other side.
happened to me once before with a shorted mlcc. shorted mlcc on a vrm power phase burned a hole through the pcb power section but thankfully that was nowhere near the gpu chip. but the video card still ended up in the landfill anyway tho as the burn-through was not fixable.
so do let me know what u think of the chipped tantalum there. thanks....-

Hi Guys
I was just taking apart an old Medion 24inch monitor that had a cracked screen. I needed the PMMA sheet inside but I am left with the working electronics, bezels and frame. It seems a waste to just throw it out considering the extortionate prices that some vendors charge for replacement parts.
At the same time, I dislike the commerical aspects of selling stuff.
Does anyone know of any group where people who repair monitors/TVs trade/donate parts to each other?
The monitor is an MD 20830 23.8inch. The owner left it face down while moving stuff and somehow cracked...-

by hugocarmoHi again everyone.
Today I have a problem with this machine, a S-Vhs from Grundig model GV-280S.
The problem is that it doesn´t turn on, the power supply beeps for some reason, but the power supply doesn´t have any buzzer, I think it´s a component that´s making the noise.
I will attach a link to the video so You can listen by yourself.
I took it off from the unit to take a closer look but cant see nothing burned or cracked solder.
Anyone had an issue like this?
