Rx580 8gb sapphire nitro+ turn off vcore randomly

Hello, this is my first post, English is not my native language but I hope you understand me. I recently got a 580 that didn't turn on the typical short mosfet, as I didn't know exactly which one was short, I unsoldered them until I got the bad one out, I was able to remove the short and identify the bad mosfet, the gpu gives video again! but it has a problem that completely turns off vcore at random times or if I try to put a load on the gpu vcore drops to 0 I don't have much idea why because I don't know much about sapphire, any advice on where I could start looking or what problem it could be? I am currently changing the vcore driver for a 480 nitro, the gpu gives video but it does not load the drivers, I will try to put another driver in it again but for a 580 nitro+ 4gb

u should replace all mosfets in that phase. u must use scope to check if that phase work

I tried changing the vcore driver and I didn't get any results, the gpu gives the image and loads the drivers but if I run a benchmark it turns off vcore, I removed the mosfets from the line that had a shorted one and I limited the electrical consumption as much as possible and the frequency of the core and memories through bios to try using it with only one active voltage line that is only 2 mosfets and it generates the same error it delivers video loads drivers but it does not support putting load on it, maybe it is the core that is damaged? It seems strange to me that it turns off vcore and takes it to 0, it only happens when you put a load on it, it instantly turns it off or it does so after a few seconds (the PC is still on) and the way to make the video play again is by turning it off and on

Could be a problem with the over current monitoring network of the gpu vrm (driver). Look for missing or decalibrated components in this network. Another issue could be a thermal issue, eg. a non contacting joint GPU-board, DRAM-board, you could try a reflow/reball.

I tried to reflow the gpu core only since I don't have stencils to do the reballin work, the same error persists in terms of fallen components, it doesn't seem like something is missing, I was taking a short break while ideas arose, the only thing What comes to mind is to perform another reflow with a little more temperature since the previous one I kept it at less than 220 degrees Celsius
